A side panel on every CPQ record that surfaces your past quotes — ranked by same company, same client, same industry, similar size — and clones the line items, payment terms, and T&Cs into the current draft.
Same company (+100), same client email (+80), same industry (+50), total within ±30% (+30), sent/approved (+20), recent (+up to 20).
Line items, discount, payment terms, validUntil, T&Cs — all carried over. Identity fields stay put.
If the current draft already has line items, we confirm before overwriting. Never clobber silently.
Each past quote as a card with title, company, line-item count, date, grand total in serif tabular-nums, plus reason pills.
